East Bengal has won its second straight Test series in the West Bengal capital, with the visitors securing a three-wicket victory.
India has won three straight matches against West Indies in a bid to become the first team in the world to win consecutive Tests in their home city.
The hosts led by four wickets after just 19.1 overs, but it was West Indies who went into the final on a five-wickets haul in the 13th over of the innings.
West Indies have been beaten in four successive Tests and the first two matches at the MCC were decided in one over.
They were beaten by Sri Lanka and India in the last two ODIs in Chennai and New Delhi respectively.
India won the last match in the series in Delhi.
