A new generation of fans will be watching the Penguins at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Toronto.
But the team has been looking to get into the playoffs for quite some time.
The Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Islanders meet on Wednesday in the Eastern Conference Final.
The Penguins defeated the Islanders 4-1 on Tuesday, but they still have two games remaining against the New York Rangers and the Boston Bruins.
“We’ll just try to get the job done,” coach Dan Bylsma said on Friday.
The Penguins were eliminated from the postseason by the Boston Red Sox last spring, but Bylnsma believes they have a chance this time around.
Bylsmas added that his team’s fans will get a chance to see the team play again.
It will be their last game in Toronto, and it’s going to be a little emotional,” Bylsema said.
For the Penguins, they will play in front of an even larger home crowd, but their fans will not be in the building.
They will be in Canada, where they are still searching for a home, and their fans are going to get a special moment.

Pittsburgh is 2-0-1 against the Red Wings this season.
If Pittsburgh plays the Boston Rangers in the first round, it will be a rematch of the Bruins-Canucks series in Boston.
